Midas Car Care needed to update a very outdated website UI that was dedicated to generating potential franchisee leads. Along with a style upgrade, Midas also wanted more focus on Information Architecture and reporting to insure every conversation could be tracked back to user actions.
Solution :
Conduct competitor research to generate ideas on what the new design should consist of
Update the UX component of the website by simplifying the application process and tracking user actions daily for revisions
Update the UI to correspond with the consumer-facing website for brand cohesiveness
